*To help battle Covid we have changed the way we are sanitising our balls. When sanitising balls after use we found customers would touch several balls before choosing their own and children liked to roll all the clean balls on the rack. We now ask customers to sanitise their own bowling ball before use and return the balls back to the racks after use. This will ensure maximum protection for all patrons and ensure that the ball you use is sanitised.
Please note a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We will require a deposit of $10 per person for bookings that are 3 lanes or more during our busy periods. This per person deposit is non-refundable or transferable so we do encourage you to ensure your numbers are correct so you don't lose $10 for any no-shows. Deposits are collected in the week leading up to your booking to give you plenty of time for RSVPs. Christmas party bookings are collected as early as November.
Once bowling has commenced we cannot issue any refunds, including games purchased as a 2 game package, and games cannot be saved to be finished at a later date
